SRSTUDIOS Enquire

Hosting · care · management

Watched, day and night.

Your site lives on infrastructure the studio runs and watches. Updates, backups, speed checks and fixes handled before you notice — and a real person to email when you need something changed.

What this is really about

The website is not the end of the job.

Plenty of small businesses are running a site nobody has touched in three years. The certificate is about to expire, the contact form quietly stopped sending eight months ago, and the phone number in the footer is the old one. It looks fine. It is not fine.

A care plan is the difference between a website that keeps earning and a website that slowly stops. It is also the thing that means you never have to find someone new, explain the whole history, and pay a rescue fee.

01

Hosting

Fast infrastructure with SSL that renews itself. No separate hosting bill to chase, no control panel you never log into.

02

Backups

Taken nightly and actually restorable. A backup nobody has tested is not a backup.

03

Monitoring

Watched continuously. In most cases a problem is found and fixed before you or a customer notice it.

04

Updates

Dependencies and security patches applied and checked, so nothing rots quietly in the background.

05

Speed checks

Performance measured on the live site, not assumed. Slow pages get fixed rather than explained away.

06

Small changes

Prices, photographs, opening hours, a new member of staff — emailed in, handled, no quibbling over five minutes.

How it works

One monthly plan, no lock-in.

One line on one invoice, covering everything above. Bigger pieces of work — new pages, new features, a redesign — are quoted separately so the plan does not quietly become a way of charging for things you did not ask for.

You are never trapped. The domain stays in your name, the site is yours, and if you decide to move it somewhere else you get what you need to go. That has to be true, or the monthly fee is just a hostage arrangement.

Response expectations are written down rather than implied. Replies within one working day is the standing promise, and it is kept.

Already running

The studio hosts its own work.

Everything the studio builds is hosted the same way, including a production platform handling payments and subscriptions. The monitoring, backups and update routine on your site are the ones already running on the studio's own.

Sites built elsewhere can often be taken on, depending on how they were built. Some setups are genuinely not worth maintaining, and you will be told that honestly rather than signed up and struggled with.

Common questions

The things people ask first.

Am I locked in?

No. The domain stays in your name and the site is yours. If you want to move it elsewhere you get what you need to go, without an argument.

What counts as a small change?

Updating prices, swapping photographs, changing opening hours, adding a member of staff, correcting wording. New pages and new features are quoted separately so the plan stays honest.

What happens if the site goes down?

Monitoring runs continuously, so in most cases the problem is found before anyone reports it. You get told what happened and what was done rather than discovering it from a customer.

Do I still need this if my site never changes?

Something always changes around it — certificates expire, dependencies age, browsers move on, Google adjusts what it expects. A site left untended does not stay still, it slowly stops working.

Can you take on a site you did not build?

Often, yes. It depends how it was put together. A look first, then an honest answer — including "this is not worth maintaining" if that is the truth.

Hand it over and stop thinking about it.

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. Replies within one working day.
