AI & integrations
The admin, doing itself.
An assistant that answers the questions you answer forty times a week, books people in, and writes the replies you keep meaning to get to. Wired to the email, diary and payment systems you already use.
The problem this solves
You are the bottleneck, and you know it.
The enquiry comes in at nine at night. It gets read on a phone, half-answered in your head, and forgotten by morning. The booking gets written on a pad and not in the diary. The deposit gets chased three days late. None of that is a failure of effort — it is what happens when one person is doing the work and the admin about the work.
This is the part that actually pays for itself. Not clever technology for its own sake: fewer dropped enquiries, fewer double bookings, fewer evenings spent typing the same four sentences.
Answering
Opening hours, prices, availability, parking, what to bring — answered instantly from your real information, not invented.
Booking
The conversation ends with a slot in your diary and a confirmation in their inbox, not a note to ring them back.
Reading the inbox
Enquiries read, sorted and filed. Attachments like invoices and contracts pulled apart into the numbers that matter.
Drafting replies
Written in your voice and left waiting for your approval. You stay in control of every word that goes out.
Chasing
Deposits, reminders and follow-ups scheduled and sent, so the awkward chase happens without you having to do it.
Joining systems up
Booking tool talking to the diary, diary talking to payments, payments talking to your accounts. One flow instead of five tabs.
The proof
Already running, in production.
The studio's own platform runs a live AI assistant with search grounding, intent classification and model tiering, connected to email routing, calendars and cloud storage, with document extraction that pulls structured data out of invoices, contracts and quotes and validates it before anything is trusted.
It also runs a memory architecture where the user's own data lives in their own cloud storage rather than in a database belonging to the studio. That is a deliberate choice, and it is the same principle applied to client work: your data stays yours.
How it is built
Deterministic first, clever second.
The fastest way to embarrass a business is an assistant that confidently invents a price. So anything that must be right — availability, costs, policies — comes from real data with fixed rules around it. The language model handles the conversation, not the facts.
Everything customer-facing is tested against the awkward questions before it goes near a customer, and there is always a route to a human. An assistant that says "I'll get Stephen to confirm that" is doing its job. One that guesses is not.
Common questions
The things people ask first.
Will it make things up?
Assistants here are built to work from your actual information — your prices, your availability, your policies — and to hand over to a human when the answer is not there. Anything customer-facing is tested against the awkward questions before it goes live.
Does it reply without me seeing it?
That is your choice. Assistants can send replies directly or draft them and wait for your approval. Most businesses start with drafting and loosen it once they trust what it writes.
What can it actually connect to?
Email, calendars, cloud storage, payment systems and booking tools are all in production on a platform built by this studio. If a system has a way in, it can usually be wired up — and if it cannot, you will be told before you pay for anything.
Is my data used to train an AI model?
Business data is kept in accounts you control, only the minimum is passed to any model to do the job, and nothing is shared between clients. How your data flows is written down before the build starts.
Do I need a new website for this?
Not necessarily. An assistant can sit on the site you already have. If the site itself is the weak link, that will be said plainly rather than worked around.
What would you stop doing?
Bring the job you repeat every week. Thirty minutes, free, no obligation.
